“AmorePacific Customer Research Center” is designed to evaluate new, high-quality products before launch, reflecting various opinions from the general customers and completing better products.

To participate in product evaluation, you need to sign up as a panel on the mobile-only site.

To encourage customers to sign up for the customer research center mobile site, we worked on the subscription information and promotional displays of the Amore Seongsu reception zone, and the banners and special event page to be updated in AmorePacific mall.

It was operated for 6 days from April 19th to 24th, 2022 at Amore Seongsu.

We displayed on the reception zone table located at the entrance of Amore Seongsu. Due to the nature of the reception zone, a space that customers visiting Amore Seongsu must pass by unconditionally, it is designed to attract customers’ attention naturally and sign-up for the mobile-only sites.

DESIGN FOCUS

How can we attract customers' attention to DP ZONE,
a space with a variety of items and scenery?

COLOR

The main color was selected considering colors related to mobile-only sites without being used much in the reception zone, and the contrasting point colors were used together to attract customers' attention naturally.

Using the packages and test containers to be delivered to the actual customer research panel, we displayed on the DP zone not only the contents of the recruitment event, but also the test product and the explanation on research process that will be received when participating in the actual customer research panel.

Furthermore, standing POPs, table POPs, leaflets, and invitation tickets were arranged to make DP zone rich and three-dimensional.

AmorePacific Mall's customer research panel recruitment banner and special event page were designed as follows to clearly convey the key points of this design, such as recruitment and mobile-only sites, etc. while maintaining the color look of Amore Seongsu DP zone.

These days, the frequency of using cell phones is higher than that of mobile devices, so the overall design was carried out by arranging the layout and font size so that the customers can read and see it clearly on a cell phone.
