An intuitive kiosk design that anyone can use with ease

Barrier-Free Kiosk Design

This kiosk aims to address the challenges faced by digitally marginalized groups,
including individuals with visual, auditory, and physical disabilities, the elderly, and children. These challenges have been exacerbated by the rapid expansion of the contactless service market, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic and

against the backdrop of rising wages. Through various methods, the kiosk embodies the true meaning of "digital inclusion".

Based on the usability analysis and insights gained from the previous information kiosk design process, we developed an improved layout for enhanced convenience. The design identity was also inherited from the information kiosk, resulting in a payment kiosk that enables intuitive and independent use by all users.

Refined Evolution of the Information Kiosk

This design inherits the characteristics of the previous information kiosk, featuring diagonal character lines and a protruding interface for enhanced stability and usability. The White & Black color scheme creates a sleek and smart impression.

Designed for Everyone

The main features of this barrier-free payment kiosk include card payment, QR code scanning, and receipt printing.
It is designed with a "numeric keypad" to assist users with visual, auditory, and other physical disabilities,
ensuring easy and convenient use for all.

Versatile Design : Desk or Stand Ver.

It is also available in a stand version, allowing customers to choose and configure the kiosk according to their space requirements (desk or stand type).
